Chuck Ramsay joins the podcast to talk about DWI science and law. Chuck is a creative defense attorney, always looking for new ways to defend his clients.

He’s Minnesota’s only board-certified DWI defense attorney. He’s also a faculty member at the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD), and the only attorney in Minnesota to have earned the American Chemical Society “Forensic Lawyer-Scientist” designation (ACS-CHAL).

Chuck tells about how, during the first source code battle with the Intoxilyzer 5000, the state worked to cover up flaws of the instrument.

He also tells how DWI charges can devastate a person’s life and why defending a person against the charge of DWI is so important.
